Once upon a time, I had sickness of body and mind until a divine intervention with Christ which took place in my room. He told me to go out and teach others how to pickup their cross daily by healing their bodiestheir nervous system to become sensitive to his spirit; I’ve turned my pain into passion and am using my skills to give back to others.

Praise Yah!
The first thing we should do every morning is praise our creator and his son whom he sent to die for our sins. As the Temple of God, we must erect (Pickup our cross daily) and stretch our arms in the air. The muscles involved in this are the Trapezius and erector spinae muscles, hence the cross on the back in the logo of KNOT THE TRAPHOUSE.
God wants us to take care of our bodies
Ecclesiasticus 30:16

Pain and suffering is the absence of God. In our journey of life, we must fill every void with him. The success and wealth we look for is the Glory of our Father.
1 Corinthians 6:12-20
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of The Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
Don’t let the tISSUES of your past trap you from the present; the presence of God. Your body is the temple of God, we must glorify him with it
Luke 9:23
“And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”
Be disciplined in your health and wellness journey
Luke 17:21
“Nor shall they say, ‘Lo, here!’ or ‘Lo, there!’ For behold, the Kingdom of God is within you.”
We must have a clean mind and body for The Holy Spirit to dwell in
